RETURNS AND REFUND
Contact Glintofficial before returning any items by emailing us at Hello@Glintofficial.com. In order for us to help you more quickly, we need you to write the name you ordered in and your order number.
- You can return the product within 14 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and look like when you received it.
- All barcode labels and seals must remain on the products.
- All jewelry must be returned in its original packaging without defect.
- If there are signs that the product is being used, we do not accept the return.
- Once we have received your return package, we will process your return within 10 days.
- As soon as the return is approved and a refund has been made, you will receive an email from us with a confirmation that your return is approved.
- If the return is not accepted, we will send it back to you.
- It is up to the customer to ensure that the product is faultless, correct and is verified to undergo a return,
